Click the "Submission" tab to submit your photos! Divisions: Student (17 years old and younger) and Adult (18 years old and older)
Click the "View Entries" tab to view the entries that have been submitted so far.
Between February 1 and February 14, click the "Vote" tab, where you can review all entries and vote for your favorite. Voting is open to everyone -- you do not need to have submitted a photo. One vote per person.
Winners will be announced in the Thursday, February 24 issue of the Wallowa County Chieftain.
